Q: What do I have to do to get free delivery?
A: We offer free delivery for any total purchase equaling $100 or more.
Q: Does that mean I have to buy a big ticket item of at least $100?
A: No, as long as you spend at least $100 total, you qualify for free delivery.
Q: For real? Free delivery in Springfield? Not even the big retailers do that, what is the catch?
A: For real! Being a local business, we pride ourselves on being able to do things that other stores cannot.
Q: How far will you deliver?
A: Our range for free deliver is up to 20 miles from the store. If you need an item delivered further than 20 miles, please know that there will be a nominal charge that is based on a few different factors.
Q: How exact are your delivery times?
A: Scheduling times are windows, not exact times. Our delivery teams may deliver to more than one address in a day and will sometimes get delayed. We will typically call you at the number you desire as our team leaves the store
Q: What time of day do you deliver?
A: We typically deliver Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
Q: What if I cannot be home during my scheduled delivery time?
A: As long as you plan for an adult over the age of 18 years, we can still delivery. If no adults can be present at the time of delivery, please call the store to reschedule.
Q: Is there anything that I should do to get ready for the delivery team?
A: Yes, there are a few different things you can do to make delivery quick and efficient. Snow, ice, yard debris, and other obstacles can hinder our delivery team. Please make sure the path to your home is clear of any of these things.
If your item is going to an apartment building, condo or office building, please research whether or not any special considerations must be met. Things like reservation or a freight elevator, special entrances, or specific times of day for delivery could also hinder delivery. We aim to make things as fast and smooth as possible, so inquiring beforehand can make a huge difference.
Q: Will the delivery team rearrange my existing furniture to accommodate my new purchase?
A: Our Delivery teams are excellent at unloading many types of furniture whether they be large or small items. However, none of our team members happen to be interior decorators, so they will not move existing furniture. Please make sure a path to the desired location is cleared and plenty of room is available.
Q: What if I buy something that needs to be assembled?
A: While we almost always sell items that are already assembled, our team will put together things that need assembly.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Full payment is due at the time of purchase/delivery scheduling. We will only schedule a delivery for items that are fully paid for.
Q: How long does it take before my items are out for delivery?
A: Our turn around time for deliveries usually varies based on the distance an item has to travel. Typically, we can get items out within two days, or it may take a week at the longest.
